I performed a home inspection a couple years back in Rensselaer NY for a nice couple. Well, the house had a couple of issues that they were not willing to take on. Long story short, they tried to hire me for another home inspection, but had to hire another home inspector for their next home because I believe I was out of town or booked up. But when they had a question years later, which home inspector did they contat? Me :). After helping them, here is what they had to say:
"I had Ian do an inspection in my first house we wanted to live in and he was just excellent as he arrived 35 minutes early and showed us everything that had issues!
